AT5110 and AT5120 adopt high performance ARM micro processor control. The true-color 3.5 inches LCD can display multi channels of resistance simultaneously. Resistance range 1μΩ～30KΩ and max display result 30,000 digits. Its temperature compensation function can adapt different testing requirements. It can be applied to automation equipment. RS232C and Handler interface output 10/20 channels so as to improve the testing ability of production automation.
