The Sanwa PC20 is a 4000-count digital multimeter with PC data logging capabilities.

This multimeter is designed for the measurement of low voltage circuits and home electric appliances. The PC20 uses the Δ∑ method for measuring and can measure voltages, resistances and capacitances along with continuity test with buzzer alarm. Users can use the Auto-range function to automatically set the range of the parameter that they want to measure.

This device offers many different functionalities and they include Range Hold, which allows the users to manually change the range of the device, and the Data Hold feature that pauses a measurement on the screen to prevent it from changing. The PC20 has a protective holster that can safeguard the multimeter in the harshest of environments. The holster holds the multimeter leads on the side and features a tilt stand to keep the meter at the right viewing angle.

The PC20 also features a datalogging capability using the optional USB / RS232 optical communication link () and PC link software ().
